I have opened several tickets trying to have them reset google verification and authenticator so I can transfer money to another wallet. They state they will reset in 2-3 days and it's been weeks. Every time I follow up, they say to submit a new ticket. I've submitted 5 tickets and still no assistance. It is a scam! They are keeping our funds hostage. We have done business with many other platforms and wallets and this is the worst service, experience and cannot get our money out!
